May I know are you going to decline their offer or would like to think for a few days? If you're decline, you can simply state reason why you're declining their offer but if you would like to get a few days to think, you can reply and ask them give you 3 days for you to think pro & cons. Ianya bergantung kepada majikan itu sendiri. Sesetengah majikan mengambil masa dalam 2-3 hari bekerja manakala ada sesetengah majikan akan mengambil masa 2-3 minggu untuk meneliti resume yang mereka terima. Apa yang saya boleh cadangkan dengan awak, teruskan sahaja memohon kerja, dan awak pastikan sentiasa check email mahupun phone awak.

Hi Azrul. sometimes even though you have experience in the work field but there are possibility that you did not fulfill the requirement that the job advertisement needed therefore, I recommend for you to fully screen the requirement first before applying. I believe in technical field, they required quite a number of skills and specific as well especially it IT field.
