請問公司合約裡規定的離職通知期限，有什麼方法可以變通嗎？（期限縮短之類的）

申請到了新工作，可是現公司的離職前通知期限是六個星期，新公司可能等不了那麼久，有什麼方法可以解決這個困境（允許離職前四個星期通知）？

You can discuss with your current employers for early release. If your LOA allows contra with A/L, you may go for this option too. Hope it helps.
